project manage your requirements. Through our
inventory management systems we are able to
forecast actual demand through historical
data, lifestyle management and client
requirements. Our returns management controls
will enable Swap-In-Swap out arrangements
with stock available at global warehouse
locations.

raw materials are being sourced to match
forecasting and quality materials. Our
procurement materials are resourced only from
reliable and approved sources.

SETEC offers a
comprehensive warranty on all our products.
For standard products, this warranty ranges
between 2-5 years from the date of
manufacture. To ascertain the warranty for
each of our products, please look at the
product data sheets that are available for
each of our products.
For our custom-built
power supplies, SETEC determines the length
of the warranty in consultation with our
customers.
This warranty covers defects in materials and
workmanship that occur through normal use.
SETEC does not extend cover to defects that
are due to accident, fair wear and tear,
negligent use, tampering, improper handling,
improper use, improper operation, improper
storage, improper battery management, or any
other default on the part of any person other
than Setec.
